Top 50 Australian Marketing Blogs

Julian Cole over at Adspace Pioneers has published his second edition of the Top 50 Australian Marketing Blogs, which had also been included in the newly redesigned BandT Magazine(see pages 35-38).

And made the list on Julians’ site at 24, but 22 in the mag (Not sure how that works, but I’ll take it.)

The methodology for the Top 50 Marketing Blogs is rated in terms of how many people read the blog (Alexa Ranking 20%), how well it rates on Google (Google Page Rank 20%), how many people are linking to their content (Technorati 40%), and a subjective score of how relevant the content is to Australian marketing, which is rated by Julian Cole (Pioneer Rating 20%).

A BIG THANKS to Julian for the hard work and well done to all the bloggers who have been included in the Top 50 Marketing Blogs.

I’m Playing Hard To Get…

Hey There Internet… I know I have been playing hard to get lately, but it’s because ‘big things, they are a brewing’.. and I got a new car. So I’ve put this post together quickly for my mum, and anyone else you cares to know what I’ve been spending every waking hour working on… 1. To Infiniti and beyond… My main ‘real-world’ business, Infiniti Telecommunications, has been a little crazy lately… We are trying to fill 4 more positions caused by all the growth, plus we are moving the head office this weekend – which is about as much fun

I’m Officially A Media Slut.

It’s official. In this month ‘Australian Anthill‘ magazine they have the Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30… I got a mention in the mag under ‘Glorious Glory Hounds’ – I interpret that as “media slut” Well, any publicity is good publicity they say… and being the media whore I am – I agree 🙂

Loyal, Hardworking and Drunk Employee….

On the weekend we took some of the team from Infiniti Telecommunications to Derby Day – Which is part of the spring racing carnival here in Melbourne. As the day wore on, and our pockets became emptier and emptier due to poor tips from Fleur’s dad (we all imagined ex-bookies would be a good source) and the beer from the marquee also become emptier and emptier… We were graced with this little number from one of the team in his drunken (and loving) state…. Cheers, Pete [tags] drunk, drunken, speech, talk, employee, horse, races, flemington, derby [/tags]
