Cracking episode guys – I agree with Dom that the idea of using your upsell / cross sell tree as an autoresponder sequence is genius.
I’ve been collecting all the contact details of people who buy from me, including phone, on eBay and making sure everyone gets a post sale offer. Hadn’t thought to make it an autoresponder sequence but that will be the express lane to get from eBay to eCommerce site and the better margin products. Thank You!!

PS I’m also interested in life after email and like you to talk more about the SMS autoresponder tactics you are going to use. Mobit?
